BACK TO THE FUTURE ARCADE CABINET

I've had several questions sent to me privately, asking about the arcade cabinet I have mounted to the wall behind where I film the cooking show, so I decided to cobble together a sequence of images I took during the build into a video to show everyone what it involved.

Just a regular guy, using a corner of his apartment and an internet connection to encourage regular people to do more of their own cooking. I'm a huge fan of what I like to call "countertop cooking", using appliances that plug into a regular wall outlet (meaning you don't need a huge studio kitchen to follow along). I make it a point to use appliances that cost around or below $50, and ingredients that you don't need a passport to pick up.
