DEEP FRIED CINNAMON TWISTS...FROM ROTINI PASTA?
I had a blast making these Cinnamon Twists. They're a super easy, super fun desert that you can make with kids (who will think the way they puff up is really cool), and can also be pretty versatile flavor wise.
