I've had several questions sent to me privately, asking about the arcade cabinet I have mounted to the wall behind where I film the cooking show, so I decided to cobble together a sequence of images I took during the build into a video to show everyone what it involved.

I had a blast making these Cinnamon Twists. They're a super easy, super fun desert that you can make with kids (who will think the way they puff up is really cool), and can also be pretty versatile flavor wise.
